To offer you high-quality pieces at a fair price, we work directly with selected artisans and suppliers. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.
Is shipping safe for delicate products like glass or ceramics?
Absolutely. At YourZenHome, we know that fragility is a concern. Therefore, we use high-strength packaging and reinforced protection. If, for any exceptional reason, your product arrives damaged or broken due to transport, we offer an immediate replacement at no additional cost to you. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Are the materials safe for my health?
Yes. All our coffee tools (grinders, presses, distributors) are made with food-grade materials. We prioritize 304 stainless steel, borosilicate glass (thermal shock resistant), and treated natural woods. Many of our products are FCM (Food Contact Material) certified.
What if the product is not what I expected?
We want you to love every piece of your coffee station. If you are not satisfied upon receipt, you have 14 calendar days to request a return, provided the product has not been used and retains its original packaging.
